Is the product compatible with various operating systems and devices?
SYNERGIX LEDR is supported on Windows, Linux and OSX. It may also be used on appliances, like OpenVPN, Tenable Nessus and others that run on Linux.

SYNERGIX LEDR goes beyond Microsoft’s baseline Local Administrator Password Solution to orchestrate every local credential across Windows, Linux, and macOS while keeping legacy workflows alive through Admin-On-Demand and a Bastion Remote Access Secure Gateway feature.
Admin-on-Demand feature lets business users run legacy apps with elevated privileges only when needed, eliminating standing admin privileges.
Bastion Remote Access Gateway delivers a secure gateway for RDP and SSH with guardrails, session monitoring, and least-privilege enforcement.
Process Guard, RDP and SSH Port Rotation, Event Forwarding, Triage, Remote System Control Panel, API Integration offer enterprise-grade endpoint security that is easy to deploy and manage in small to large environments.
How does the product ensure data security and user privacy?
SYNERGIX LEDR Cloud App is deployed in customer’s Azure Tenant, ensuring the managed services control and the data remains in full control of the customer and their authorized associates.
What level of customer support is provided with the product?
SYNERGIX product support is included with paid subscription and comes with industry standard service level agreement.
Customer may purchase additional professional services such as product implementation services, consulting services for integration with their workflow and optionally hosting the Cloud App is a dedicated Azure Resource tenant fully managed by Synergix or co-managed with customer.

SYNERGIX ADCE is primarily an On Premises Active Directory solution. All the data remains within Active Directory or on Endpoints.
No telemetry data is transferred to any external endpoints.
